Roofing Job Site Supervisor

In this position, you will serve as the point of contact for contractors and be expected to interface between crew members and management. You must be bilingual/ESL and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Site Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily jobsite operations
  • Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
  • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
  • Maintain and adhere to project plans and budgets
  • Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
  • Track and monitors project progress, reporting to management daily
  • Answer inquiries from potential clients
  • Mediate on-site conflicts
  • Interface professionally with clients, contractors and suppliers
  • Maintain quality control and proper installation procedures

Site Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a construction-related environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials and climb ladders
  • Familiarity with enforcing safety and working practices
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience supervising work crews on multiple projects
  • Exceptional communication skills
